The Origin
A father's love, worn close to the heart.
Aléir — meaning happy and precious — was born from a father-daughter relationship unlike any other. Growing up, Jane's father Jet Li would design and hand-bead jewelry for her to wear. In a house full of girls, it became his love language.
As an avid precious stone collector, he was inspired not only by the beauty of each stone, but by the cultural, historical, and spiritual meanings they embodied. Every piece he created was infused with intention — a symbolic token of love.

Each Aléir piece is thoughtfully designed around the stone at its center — selected for its cultural history, spiritual significance, and the feeling it carries. No two are exactly alike.
We work with small batches, keeping production intentional. Every bead is placed by hand, and every piece leaves with the weight of the meaning behind it.
